Lithuanian Minister G. Landsbergis: regarding the ban on cars with Russian license plates, EC decisions are binding

 European Parliament does not agree with EC in this story. Why did the European Parliament recommend not confiscate Russian personal belongings? Because such actions compromise the very idea of sanctions, makes it an object of ridicule around the world. Mr. Landsbergis does not understand humor, he tries to explain here, becoming the object of people's ridicule too. In Ukraine, the clown is the president, in Lithuania, the clown is Minister Landsbergis. Those post-Soviet states are not even able to show off.
