The worst achievements of Lithuanian high school students are in Pagėgiai, the best are in the capital Vilnius

"Among the gymnasiums that have the right to select students, the Vilnius Lyceum, KTU Gymnasium are the leaders in the ranking table, the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Gymnasium is in third place. Last year, this position was occupied by Klaipėda "Ąžuolyno" Gymnasium. Vilnius Jesuit Gymnasium was fourth, and Vilnius M. Biržiškos Gymnasium - fifth.

 

Klaipėda Lyceum is the first among schools that do not select students, followed by Panevėžys J. Balčikonis Gymnasium. Last year she was fourth. Next in line are Šiauliai J. Janonis Gymnasium, Kaunas "Saulė" Gymnasium and Marijampole Marionų Gymnasium.

 

The rankings of gymnasiums are based on the results of last year's state matriculation exams. Gymnasiums received points only for those graduates who passed the exams with grades no lower than 36. The results of the graduates with the lowest scores were not evaluated.

Vilnius, Kaunas, Palanga, Klaipėda and Šiauliai are leading in terms of student achievements.
