Why is the spouse of Ukraine's president Mr. Zelensky dressed so expensively?

Lions share of Ukraine's government is provided by Western governments. All of these governments have financial difficulties of their own. Why do some in Ukraine live so expensively?

The answer is: The West is trying to contain strong Russia.  This is the only reason why money river from the West flows to Mr. Zelensky. No strong Russia - no money for Mr. Zelensky. Quite opposite to what Mr. Zelensky is thinking, isn't it?
