Working with China's problem, American Trump and Germany's Scholz can walk and chew the gum

Trump is selling good agricultural and energy commodities to the Chinese. Scholz is selling machinery and cars to the Chinese. Funds earned could be invested in 21-st century technologies. Rest of the West are not able to do that, just shouting slogans, introducing mindless custom duties (100 percent?), and subsidizing unions of workers who have no qualifications to do the work.
