Call yourself a democracy, even if in reality you are a slavery-based Sparta (Netanyahu recently quite seriously called Israel Sparta).

Gather all your dreams that you cannot achieve by war into one pile and call them a peace offer (for example, Israel's Netanyahu offered Hamas to withdraw from Gaza without firing a shot.)

Miracle - you have become a "dove of peace", even though most of the world thinks you are a genocidal criminal who kills babies indiscriminately.

So, in the age of the Internet, knowing how to talk about peace allows you to continue a brutal war, regardless of public opinion.
