“Russian energy giant Gazprom and Chinese state-owned company CNPC signed a binding agreement on Tuesday on the construction of the Power of Siberia 2 pipeline, which will supply gas from Russia's Yamal fields through Mongolia to China for 30 years, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller said.

 

Miller made the announcement after trilateral talks in Beijing between the leaders of Russia, China and Mongolia, through whose territory the pipeline will pass.”
