"The military operation in Ukraine enters its second year with no end in sight, and billions have already been spent with no accountability. One has to ask: Which is worse -- an endless cold war with a nuclear power that could well result in U.S. casualties and trillions added to our debt, or some uncomfortable rhetoric? The talk is much cheaper. In the end, results matter and Mr. Trump delivered.
