Russia is huge, well run, and supported by global South. This why sanctions on Russia do not work as intended. The complication from sanctions on Russia is persistence of inflation and subsequent political turmoil in the West. Biden administration is constantly putting sanction on top of sanctions, not seeing that it is becoming a train wreck for the administration. History will tell that Biden is losing an election because of this blindness.
What is the cause for it? Are they too woke? Too enthusiastic in playing their game? Too old and too much set in their ways? We are waiting for memoirs with the answers.
