Who will defend you?

"The state data agency BNS said that last year's average hourly wage in Lithuania will be announced on May 31, while in 2021 it was EUR 9.5, and in the last quarter of last year it was EUR 11.55 including taxes.

Eurostat announces that the average hourly wage of the entire euro area last year was about 25.5 EUR, or 4% higher than in 2021."

It turns out that wages in Lithuania are still two times lower than in the entire euro zone, and prices are higher in Lithuania. Do you still want someone not to run away from Lithuania?
