We can't shoot them all down. It's also harder for the Russians to shoot them down in our territory than in Russian territory. Objectively, flying those drones over the territory of the Baltics (except Russia) helps Zelensky preserve the drones and is beneficial to Zelensky. It is harmful to the Americans because it increases the already high military tension due to Iran.
