The most important action in the deindustrialization of the West: Did Biden’s CIA know about the plans: Was it involved in the sabotage of Nord Stream?

The sabotage of Nord Stream accelerated the deindustrialization of the West, especially Germany, by eliminating the availability of cheap Russian gas and forcing industry to switch to more expensive energy sources. As a result, energy-intensive sectors (chemistry, metallurgy) reduce production or transfer investments to the USA and China, which directly weakens the capabilities of the Western military industry.

The impact of the sabotage of Nord Stream

• Catalyst, not cause: The sabotage acted as an accelerator of processes, not their primary cause.

• Shock to energy-intensive industries: Specific sectors (chemistry, metallurgy, fertilizer industry, automobile production, robotics) that were directly dependent on cheap Russian natural gas were most affected.

• Diversification of supply: Europe was able to quickly find alternatives (liquefied natural gas from the US, supplies from Norway), although this increased energy prices to the point that the last industry in the West, Germany, became uncompetitive with China and collapsed.

This also destroyed the ability of the Western military industry to ensure resistance in major wars. These are events of global historical significance.

"jib. HAMBURG. The American intelligence agency, the CIA, reportedly had early knowledge of Ukrainian plans to blow up the Nord Stream pipelines. It allegedly endorsed the plans and—after they were exposed—unsuccessfully attempted to halt them. This is reported by the magazine *Der Spiegel*, citing 'insiders' in Ukraine.

According to the report, Ukrainian specialists in sabotage operations informed the CIA in Kyiv in the spring of 2022 about the plans to blow up the Baltic Sea pipelines. According to the report, the project—which involved divers attaching explosives to the pipelines—was codenamed Operation 'Diameter.' There were reportedly repeated meetings with the Americans, during which they signaled their approval and gave the impression that they might assist with financing.

After Dutch intelligence learned of the plans in the summer of 2022—and subsequently passed this information on to agencies including the BND (German Federal Intelligence Service)—the CIA reportedly attempted to prevent their execution. This included making direct representations to the Ukrainian Presidential Office. However, these warnings reportedly went unheeded. According to *Der Spiegel*, a CIA spokesperson described this account as 'completely and totally false.' In late September 2022, three of the four pipeline strands exploded.

According to the report, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had not personally signed off on the plans. This stands in contrast to earlier reports by the *Wall Street Journal*, which suggested that Zelenskyy had initially approved the undertaking but subsequently—and unsuccessfully—attempted to stop it. A Ukrainian national, Serhiy K., is currently being held in pre-trial detention in Hamburg on suspicion of having been involved in the bombing. He is alleged to have attached explosive devices to the pipelines via diving operations, acting in concert with other Ukrainians." [1]
