"Large
transnational companies reduced employment in Ireland for the first time since
2009, where they located thanks to favorable corporate income tax rates.
The national
investment agency IDA Ireland reported that in the last 12 months to the end of
October, the number of employees in transnational companies decreased for the
first time since 2009 by 0.3%. to 300,583 from 301,475. because the number of
jobs eliminated more than doubled to almost 18,000.
Ireland is very
dependent on foreign companies, which have almost doubled their staff in this
country in the last decade, and their crews represent approximately 11%. the

Employment in the
information and communications services sector decreased by 2.9% because the

expects a return to net employment growth, because many technology companies
that were reducing the number of employees are now focused on increasing them.
