If Zelensky had not allowed those drones near Lithuania, they would not have ended up in Lithuania in any case. It does not matter here whether those drones are intentionally launched by Zelensky over Lithuanian territory, or whether the Russians are defending themselves against them and disrupting navigation. Lithuania would also defend itself against Zelensky's drones if it could.
Under international law, a war crime involves the intentional targeting of civilians or a reckless disregard for civilian life during an attack. Zelenski’s disregard for life of Lithuanians is obvious in the case of his drones.
To counter these threats, Lithuania and other Baltic states are currently upgrading their low-altitude radar systems, expanding drone detection protocols, and collaborating closely with NATO's Baltic air policing mission to safely intercept any stray objects. Of course, Russia does the same. Anybody would.
