"Europe's
first commercial robotaxi service, offering rides in Chinese-made self-driving
vehicles, has launched in Croatia, Bloomberg reported on May 6.
Croatian startup Verne has launched operations in Zagreb,
the country's capital. According to the publication, its fleet includes 10
Arcfox Alpha T5 vehicles from the Chinese manufacturer BAIC Motor Corp. They
are equipped with autonomous driving software from the Chinese company Pony AI
Inc.
Currently, the
self-driving taxi can be ordered through an app for a fixed price of €1.99. To
ensure safety, a driver is initially present in the vehicle, ready to intervene
if necessary."
Since men in Lithuania are mostly engaged in driving, in the era of AI, women who clean toilets and perform other work in hospitals will have significantly more money than men.
