In an entry posted on the Truth Social platform, former
President Donald Trump referred to the military aid announced on Wednesday for
Ukraine. President Joe Biden announced that the Americans will donate 31 M1
Abrams tanks.
I have decided to send 31 Abrams tanks to Ukraine, said US
President Joe Biden.
Trump suggested that tank support could lead to a nuclear
conflict.
"First the tanks will come, then the atomic
bombs," the former president wrote. "End this crazy war now. It's so
easy to do!" - added.
Trump has offered no concrete solutions to the ongoing war.
He has previously repeatedly called on Ukraine and Russia to enter into
ceasefire negotiations, even suggesting last year that he could get directly
involved in the negotiations.
Meta has announced that it will restore former US President
Donald Trump's Facebook and Instagram accounts in the coming weeks. The former
president's accounts were suspended two years ago after the Capitol riots.
"Be strategic, be smart (brilliant!), get a negotiated
deal now," Trump wrote. "Both sides want and need it. The
whole world is at stake. Will I be the leader of the group???" he
commented."
