Do we need a universal conscription to serve in the military?

 No. There is universal conscription in Israel, including women. Unfortunately, the  Israeli citizens are slaughtered like sheep by the more motivated and therefore professionally trained Gazans like wolves. It is enough to waste our, Lithuania's, limited money and people's time. We need to train professionals in all areas of state life.
