• Past Shifts: In the past, war and fear pushed brilliant thinkers like Albert Einstein to America.
• Modern Reality: Today's global scientists can work in many safe, rich countries. They do not face the same push to move to the U.S.
What the U.S. Tries Instead
• Money for Chips: Laws like the CHIPS Act give money to build local computer chip factories.
• Training Programs: Schools try to teach new job skills to local workers.
• Time and Cost: These steps take many years and cost a lot of money that is wasted between favored people that cannot do anything of value. They are definitely not Einsteins.
